Ready to use, the silicone mold is designed for making casts with Bondo, Probondo, P.T.M. Prosthetic Transfer Material, and silicones.
The mold is made of PlatSil® Gel-25 - a two-part, platinum-catalyzed liquid silicone system with Hi-Ro Slip - Silicone Mold Release Additive. The anti-adhesive additive applied in the mold helps with the easy release of prosthetic transfers, facilitating their separation from the mold and reducing the risk of damaging thin and delicate transfer elements.
For using Bondo, Probondo, P.T.M. Prosthetic Transfer Material: Use a thin layer of DAB Molding Release separator before filling the mold - Curing and setting times are in accordance with the specifications of the product used.
For using Baldiez, SuperBaldiez, PlatSil® Gel-25 silicone with PlatSil® Deadener LV: use a spray separator - Curing and setting times are in accordance with the specifications of the product used.
After each use, clean the mold of product residues and store it at room temperature. Avoid very low temperatures that may excessively activate the Hi-Ro Slip anti-adhesive additive. Freezing the mold is advisable only during the curing of the P.T.M. Prosthetic Transfer Material.
Note! The color of the mold may differ from the color shown in the reference photo. The color change of the mold does not affect the product parameters and, in particular, the cast.
