Smiths Prosthetic Deadener is the most commonly used gelling agent dedicated to PlatSil Gel 10 Silicone Rubber. If you are creating a prosthetic part and want to soften it so that it moves like flesh, you will need to add Smiths Deadener up to 200% (the typical amount of Deadener for a facial prosthetic is 175%).
Please note that the use of Smiths Deadener changes the material into a sticky gel, and it should be "sealed" before pouring. For this purpose, we recommend using Super Baldiez or Baldiez.
