What kind of data is processed?

We process the following data: first name and surname, address, business name, phone number, e-mail address, NIP number, and REGON number, and in the case of joining the BACKSTAGE CARD discount program, additionally: data necessary to determine discount status in the program (professional/semi-professional). For what purposes is your data processed?

We process your data for the purpose of:

  1. performing sales contracts for products offered by Mokotowska 58 or taking actions at the request of the data subject before entering into a contract (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR);

  2. granting you a discount related to the Backstage Card discount program (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b GDPR), and if separate consent is granted - also for marketing purposes, in particular to contact you via email and inform you about products from the Administrator and its partners, i.e., based on your consent (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR);

  3. fulfilling our legal obligations, such as tax obligations, issuing and storing invoices (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. c GDPR in connection with Art. 74 sec. 2 of the Accounting Act of September 29, 1994);

  4. establishing, defending, and pursuing our claims arising from our business activities (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. b and f GDPR, as so-called legitimate interest of the administrator, which is pursuing our claims and defending our rights);

  5. conducting complaint procedures (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR, as so-called legitimate interest of the administrator, for a period of 5 years from the end of the contract);

  6. direct marketing, including newsletters. We may use, among others, your email address - then we send communication to your email inbox, phone number - communication via SMS (Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. a GDPR in connection with Art. 172 of the Telecommunications Law in connection with Art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act on Providing Services by Electronic Means).

Who are your data shared with?

To ensure high-quality services and the best organization, your data may be shared with the following categories of recipients:

- service providers (including external accounting firms, IT services, teleinformatics service providers, courier, and postal companies);

- service providers supporting marketing activities (advertising agencies, companies implementing SMS and email mailings);

- commercial partners;

Will your data be transferred outside the European Economic Area? (EEA)

Your personal data is not transferred outside the EEA (excluding data transferred to Google Inc. based in the United States described in detail below in the "What types of cookies do we use" section).

How long will your personal data be processed?

All data processed for accounting and tax purposes is retained for 5 years from the end of the calendar year in which the tax obligation arose.

With the exception of this period, if the data was processed by us to pursue claims, we process the data for the period of limitation of claims arising from regulations, and in the case of complaint procedures for a period of 5 years from the end of the contract.

If you have consented to the processing of data for marketing purposes, newsletter sending, or participating in the Backstage Card discount program, we process your data until the termination of the agreement between us, for a period justified by the conducted discount program or until you object to the processing of data, and in the case of consent for marketing or newsletters - from the moment of granting consent until its withdrawal.

After the expiration of the above periods, your data will be deleted or anonymized.

Do you have to provide your data?

For accounting or tax reasons, we have a legal obligation to process your data, failure to provide them may result in, for example, the inability to issue an invoice or personalized receipt. Additionally, if you do not provide personal data in the case of a discount program, it will result in the inability to participate in the discount program, and regarding marketing consent - without it, we will not be able to send you important information.

Data provided in the order

To fulfill an order for goods available in our offer, you must fill out a form containing basic user data (first name, surname, contact, address); this data is necessary to fulfill the order and send the shipment. This information is not shared with third parties. After logging in as a customer of our store, the service saves the history of your transactions. We collect data about your address and recent purchases.

Based on the collected data, from time to time we may inform you about new products in our offer (if you have consented to this, for example, via SMS or email) within the framework of the newsletter. In this regard, the basis for processing is the so-called clause of legitimate purpose of processing data (based on Art. 6 sec. 1 lit. f GDPR). You can object to the processing of your data for these purposes at any time.

What rights do you have?

You have the right to access your data, request their rectification, deletion, or restriction of their processing. You can also exercise your right to object to the processing of your data and the right to transfer data to another data administrator. Consent

If your personal data is processed based on consent – you have the right to withdraw it at any time. In the case of the newsletter, you can withdraw consent by sending us an email to the address provided above or by unsubscribing directly in the customer panel on the website. Right to object

In such a situation, we will not process your data subject to the objection on this basis. Regulations grant us the right to refuse to carry out this request if we have important legal grounds for further processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or grounds for establishing, pursuing, or defending claims.

If personal data is processed for direct marketing purposes, at any time you may object to the processing of your data for such purposes. After such an objection is accepted, we will not process your data for direct marketing.
