Payment methods
1. Payments for ordered products can be made using one of the following payment methods:
- online payment via trusted Tpay payments (with SSL)
- cash on delivery - carried out exclusively by the courier company DPD (DPD Polska Sp. z o.o.)
- traditional bank wire transfer to the Store's account (Mokotoska Sp. z o.o.). Upon your request, we will send a pro forma invoice. To receive a pro forma invoice, please include this information in the order notes.

2. Online payments are processed: after selecting the payment method, the Customer is redirected to the T-Pay transactional service. After entering the data required by the payment form for card payments or online transfers and verifying the transaction, the Customer returns to the store's page.
3. Online payments are handled by Tpay (Krajowy Integrator Płatności S.A.). Available payment methods:

4. Cash on delivery is carried out by the courier company DPD (DPD Polska Sp. z o.o.), which allows payment in cash or by card upon delivery.
5. Bank wire transfer to the Store's account (Mokotoska Sp. z o.o.) maintained at Bank Santander S.A. under the number: 15 1090 1883 0000 0001 5480 6867. Before making the transfer, please ensure that the account number details are correct as provided above.
6. Payment methods for returns. In the case of online payments made via Tpay, refunds are, if possible, processed using the same payment method chosen by the customer during the transaction, unless the customer explicitly agrees to another solution. In justified cases, the Seller may refuse a refund via a different payment method than that used by the customer when placing the order. In the case of a bank transfer to the Store's account, the refund is made to the account from which the payment for the returned transaction was made. In the case of cash on delivery, the refund is processed to the account provided in the statement of withdrawal from the contract.
