Professional advice:
Shake well before use. Place two teaspoons of blood in your mouth behind the front teeth (before the shot). Hold the blood in your mouth until spitting it out during the recording.
DO NOT SWALLOW, rinse your mouth after each shot. At the end of the shoot, thoroughly brush your teeth with a toothbrush and toothpaste. If necessary, repeat the process until all product residues are removed.
