The formula used in this activator allows for a significant extension of working time. Initially designed for the Hair Illustrator palettes, the Slow Activator has proven to be excellent for use with all Skin Illustrator palettes, especially when temperature and weather conditions cause the regular activator to evaporate faster than usual.
